How does it work?

Initially the 5S presentation is understood and learnt by the Five S 'champion' using the speaker notes that are printable from the CD. Once they understand the steps of 5S they can then use the presentation, together with a projector, to train unlimited groups of people. True 'train the trainer' roll out with maximum return on investment.
